great starter aerial hoop manual

great for beginners; liked the sections on exploring movement, going beyond the combos taught in class & grouping movements into 'families'. pictures help the explanations. I think this book is helpful for those who have been at a beginner level for a while to understand the derivative of some of the poses and combinations taught in a regular class. This book gives you ideas; is less of a 'how to' manual. can't wait for volume II!

This is an excellent introductory manual to aerial hoop- Rebekah as done a great job with description and photos. I also recommend signing up for her web page videos which are very helpful. Volume 2, intermediate, is also excellent.
